§ For donors

For donors

No organization in between. Just you and real people, like you, in another country who need help right now.

  1. Step 01

    Browse verified requests

Requests may include evacuation, medicine, food, legal support, or housing. Each case explains what happened, what kind of help is needed, and why support is needed now.

  2. Step 02

    Choose at least one

Give to a specific person, family, or small group — people like you, just in another country. You decide whose situation you want to support directly.

  3. Step 03

    Send support

Your donation is linked to that case and routed through the platform. This helps keep the support connected to the original request.

  4. Step 04

    Follow updates

Volunteers make sure support reaches the right person, stay in contact, arrange local help when needed — and post updates.

  5. Step 05

    Contact us for details

Ask us if you need more context — we'll answer what we can within safety limits. Once verified, you can connect directly with the volunteer.

Safety first

How verification works

Step 1

Verifying volunteers on the ground

Every volunteer is reviewed manually before they can support cases on Angel. We speak with each volunteer directly, check their documents, and make sure they can coordinate local help responsibly. Volunteers do not get access to funds — their role is to help verify, coordinate, and provide status updates.

Step 2

Verifying people in need

People usually reach Angel through our network, volunteers, or the website. Before we post a case, the volunteer checks the situation through direct conversation and verification steps, such as a video call and Diia verification where possible. We do not store personal data of people in need.

Step 3

Keeping the process accountable

If a volunteer cannot support a case, another verified volunteer can be involved. Updates stay on the case timeline, so donors can see what happened and where support stands. Verified donors may receive more details when safety allows — but never personal data.
