You donate to a specific person, family, or group — not layers in-between. All cases explain what happened, what help is needed, and why it matters now.
Verified volunteers stay close to the situation. They help check the recipient, coordinate next steps, and arrange local support when needed.
Updates are posted on the case timeline when they can be shared. Donors can get verified to access more details and connect with the volunteers.
